Erik Quarberg was a three-time All-NSIC First Team selection while securing the first base position and the middle of the lineup for the Golden Bears. He was named NSIC All-Tournament in 2006 along with ABCA & NCBWA All-Central Region Second Team honors.
In his four years, Quarberg helped the Golden Bears to a 97-57-1 overall and 57-29 NSIC record. The Golden Bears also had back-to-back school record setting seasons in his junior and senior seasons for most overall wins (29) and set the mark for most NSIC wins (17) in a second place finish during his junior year, finishing third during his senior year.

He still holds the career slugging percentage record (.730), and at the time his career came to a close in 2006, he held the career records for runs scored (127), home runs (32), runs batted in (150) and was second in doubles (39).
He led the NSIC in walks (14) in 2005, and was the league leader in slugging percentage (.964), runs batted in (28) and home runs (10) in 2006 during conference play.
He finished among the nation’s top-50 individually in home runs per game (17th), RBI per game (12th), doubles per game (11th), slugging percentage (16th) and runs per game (27th) as a senior, RBI per game (10th) and slugging percentage (48th) as a junior and slugging percentage (33rd) as a sophomore.
