A four-time All-NSIC performer and one-time NSIC champion, Colin Goligoski is one of the most accomplished multi-athletes in the history of Golden Bear track & field.
Goligoski first competed for Concordia in the spring of 2011, competing in various jumping and sprinting events. He first competed in the heptathlon at the 2012 NSIC Indoor Championships, finishing in 12th place. He continued to hone his craft throughout the following outdoor season, vaulting all the way up to sixth place in the decathlon at the 2012 NSIC Outdoor Championships.
At the 2014 NSIC Indoor Championships, Goligoski secured the first All-NSIC selection of his career when he finished in second place in the heptathlon. Later that year, he followed it up with yet another All-NSIC nod and second-place finish in the decathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Championships. In his senior season in 2015, Goligoski became CSP's second-ever conference heptathlon champion, winning the event with a then-school-record 5,151 points at the NSIC Indoor Championships. He capped off his career with a fourth All-NSIC honor, finishing in third place in the decathlon at the 2015 NSIC Outdoor Championships.
Since earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Concordia in 2015, Goligoski has built a strong foundation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and product marketing. Beginning in the medical device industry, he developed experience supporting complex healthcare technologies across a variety of clinical markets. He later transitioned into healthcare SaaS and fintech, where he has led go-to-market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement efforts for a broad portfolio of revenue cycle management and analytics solutions. Known for his collaborative mindset and ability to translate complex products into compelling stories, he has become a trusted cross-functional partner focused on driving meaningful business and customer outcomes.
Outside of his professional career, Goligoski has remained deeply connected to athletics and mentorship. Following his collegiate track & field career, he spent a decade coaching at the collegiate level from 2015–2025, including time at Concordia University, St. Paul (CSP). During that time, he helped develop multiple All-Americans and national champions while mentoring student-athletes both on and off the track. His passion for coaching reflects his commitment to leadership, personal growth, and helping others reach their potential.
In 2021, Goligoski married his wife, Taylor, and in 2023, they welcomed their daughter, Eloise. Family remains at the center of his life and motivation. He also continues to stay active in the running and fitness community, bringing the same discipline, consistency, and competitive spirit from athletics into both his personal and professional pursuits.
