Concordia University St. Paul Athletics

Coach Carol was named Concordia's first female coach in 1968. At just 21 years of age, she took charge of the women's basketball team immediately after graduation - one of just three staff members in the Athletic Department. During her tenure as coach (as well as trainer, statistician, bus driver and parent-away-from-home), she compiled a 46-8 record and .852 win percentage, making her the inningest coach in school histrory.
