2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic … competed in multiple long-distance races for the Golden Bears … had 10 top-ten finishes this season … finished with a personal best in the 5000 at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) with a time 19:23.75, also had a PR in the 3000S with a time of 11:53.86 at the Tommie Twilight (5/01).
2018: Competed in a variety of different long-distance races for the Golden Bears this season … had 16 top-ten finishes this year, finished in first place in the DMR with a time of 13:16.31 at the MSU Open & Multi (Jan 26-27) … posted a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:35.81 at the Stout Open(1/20), ran a personal best in the 1000 at the MSU Open & Multi (Jan 26-27) with a time of 3:18.66, recorded a PR in the Mile with a time of 5:30.82 at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/03), posted a personal best in the 3000 at The Showcase (2/09) with a time of 10:57.47, ran a PR in the 1500 with a time of 5:19.25 at the Meet of the UnSaintly (May 4-5), recorded a PR in the 10,000 at the NSIC Track & Field Outdoor Championships (May 11-12) with a time of 40:07.35.
2017: NSIC All-Academic … competed in five races, all of which were 6k’s … posted sub 27-minute times her last three races of the season … posted her best time at the NCAA Central Region Championship 6k, finishing with a time of 25:18.4.
2016: Competed in four races her freshman season … ran her best race in the Ken Weidt Classic with a PR of 26:40.2 … finished 28
th at the Crown College Invite with her second best time of the year (28:15.0).
Elk River High School:
Earned 11 letters for the Elks in three sports: cross country (5), Nordic skiing (3) and track & field (3) and was also involved in FCA ... earned the Most Dedicated, Most Improved, Most Athletic and Academic and the Leadership Award in cross country ... a team captain and an Academic All-State selection in track & field ... earned All-Northwest Suburban Conference and honorable mention honors along with team MVP, team captain, Most Dedicated/Determined and Most Improved honors in Nordic skiing ... set the following PRs: 21:20.6 in the 5k; 17:06.5 in the 4k; 2:36 in the 800; 5:49 in the 1600; 1:06.3 in the 400 and 13:51.71 in the 3200 ... helped the cross country program to a fourth place finish at the section championships in 2015 and 2014 ... helped the Nordic ski team to a third place finish at 2015 sections and a fourth place finish in conference in 2015.
