Fridley High School: Lettered four times in track and field and once in volleyball for the Tigers ... twice named captain of the track and field team while also being named volleyball captain once ... three-time All-Tri Metro Conference selection ... earned two All-Conference honorable mention selections in track and one in volleyball ... named Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Senior ... set PRs of 35'5" in the shot put and 109'9" in the discus ... led the conference in discus in 2014-15 and shot put in 2015-16.

Personal: Plans to major in athletic training at Concordia ... hopes to work with professional athletes in the future.
