Track and Field:
2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic team in both the winter and spring season ... competed in the mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 10,000m for the Golden Bears ... set a new school record in the indoor 3000m at the Bison Open (2/5-6) with a time of 10:20.55 ... set a new school record in the outdoor 3000m at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a time of 10:34.30 ... set a new school record in the 10,000m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 38:00.87.

2020: Competed in ten distance races during the indoor season ... collected six top-ten finishes for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 3000 at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31 - Feb 1) with a time of 10:39.95 and took fouth place ...at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21), she ran the one mile in 5:20.67 for a new PR time and placed 11th ... took 11th place in the 5000 at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 18:19.03.

2019: Competed in multiple distance races for the Golden Bears this year … recorded eight top-ten finishes throughout the season, finished in first place in the 5000 at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) with a time of 19:09.14 … recorded a PR in the 3000 with a time of 10:58.36 at the 2019 Bearcat Invite (Feb 8-9), also posted a personal best in the Mile at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) with a time of 5:41.93 … ran a PR in the 1500 at the Tommie Twilight (5/01) with a time of 5:09.21, set a personal best in the 5000 with a time of 18:51.20 at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11). 

2018: Did not compete in her freshman season.

Cross Country:
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 10th fastest 10k in school history at the Augie Twilight (9/6) with a 5k time of 19:20.08 ... finished 74th with a 6k time of 24:18.6 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... finished 8th with a 5k time of 19:57.7 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 47th with a 6k time of 24:12.6 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... ran the 5th fastes 6k in school history and set a new personal best with a time of 22:59.1 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9). 

2018: Ran in five races for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign … held her best 6k time of 24:31.7 at the Central Region Championships (11/17), finishing in 138th place … improved her time in all four 6k races this past season.

2017: Did not compete.

Irondale High School: Lettered in track and field and cross country for the Knights … earned All-Northwest Suburban Conference honors … named Most Improved and Rookie of the Year … collected PRs of 5:47 in the mile, 16:43 in the 4k, 20:40 in the 5k, 2:45 in the 800m, and 13:00 in the 3200m.
 
Personal: Plans to major in physical therapy and minor in nursing at Concordia.
