Track and Field:
2024: CSC Academic All-District … NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … All-NSIC in the 4x400m … ranked 13th in the region in the 400m hurdles …  competed in the 200m, 400m, 500m, 600m, 800m and 400m hurdles … broke the school record in the 500m placing first with a time of 1:19.20 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … smashed another school record in the 400m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships placing fourth with a time of 1:01.73 … was also a part of the school record breaking sprint medley relay team and the 4x400m team … finished second in the 4x400m with the school record time of 3:52.15 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) …  placed second with a personal best 600m time of 1:38.72 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … took first place in the 4x400m at the Minnesota State Open (4/12-13) and at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … took first place in the 600m at the St. Olaf Ole Opener and in the 400m at the M City Indoor Classic … tallied 18 top-five finishes during her various events on the season.

NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 400m, 400m hurdles, 600m, 800m, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, and 1600 sprint medley relay ... helped the 4x400m relay team to sixth and eighth-place finishes at the NSIC Championships (03/11-13) ... registered 23 top-10 finishes on the season, including 10 in the top-five ... set a personal best in the 500m with a time of 1:21.51 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (01/27-28) ... added a PR in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:09.79 at the Running on Hope Invitational (04/26) ... tallied her final PR of the season with a time of 1:00.13 in the 400m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (05/03).

2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, and 1600 sprint medley relay ... finished second in the 4x400 relay and fourth in the 600m at the Chuck Peterson Open ... finished third in the 1600 sprint medley relay with a time of 4:20.90 at the ESU Relays ... set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:28.82 at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational. 

2021: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 400m and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best in the 400m at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a time of 1:00.43 ... collected seven top-ten finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in multiple mid/long distance races for the Golden Bears during her freshman year ... collected six top-ten finishes across the 8 races she competed in ... earned her first collegiate win at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19) in the 600 with a time of 1:45.13 ... set a personal record in the 400 at the Minnesota Open (Jan 11) with a time of 1:04.31 and placed 11th ... ended the indoor season with a PR at the NSIC Indoor Championships, running the 600 in 1:41.11 to place 13th ... was a part of the 4x400 team to place fifth at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) with a time of 4:17.42.

Cross Country:
2022: CSC Academic All-District ... Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award recipient ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... added her best finish of the season (56th) at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (09/16) ... collected a PR at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02) with a time of 21:21.9 in the 5k ... added another PR in the 6k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a time 26:24.7.

2021: NSIC Fall All-academic honors. Competed in six events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 6k with a time of 27:08.2 ... finished a season best 41st place at the Bob Waxlax Invitational. 

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the 6k with a time of 27:18.1 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new personal record in the 5k with a time of 21:22.0 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11).

Winneconne High School:
Lettered in track & field, cross country, and basketball for the Wolves ... earned All-Conference First Team honors in 2017 and All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in 2015 and 2018 in Cross Country ... Earned All-Conference First Team honors in 2017, 2018, and 2019 in track & field ... named team captain of the track & field team as a senior ... named MVP of the track & field team as a senior.

Personal: 
An Exercise Science major at CSP ... plans to pursue a career as a chiropractor.
