Track and Field:
2022: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 3000m steeplechase, and 4x800 relay ... finished second in the 3000m at the Gene Glader Classic ... set a season high in the 5000m with a time of 20:28.18 at the Drake Alternative ... set a season best in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:37.96 at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. 

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and the spring ... competed in the 400m hurdles, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and 3000m steeplechase for the Bears ... set a new pesonal record in the 3000m at the MSU Triangular (2/12) with a time of 11:47.95 ... set new personal records in both the 400m hurdles and 1500m at the River City Rumble (4/24) ... set a new personal record in the 3000m steeplechase at the Tommie Twilight with a time of 12:18.16 ... collected eight top-ten finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in long distance races during her freshman campaign ... began the indoor season with a personal record in the 3000 with a time of 12:05.80 and placed 13th at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19) ... collected her highest finish of the season in the 5000 at the NSIC Indoor Challenge (Feb 15) placing 8th with a time of 20:21.90.

Cross Country:
2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed at all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... added her best finish of the season (40th) with a personal best time of 24:23.3 in the 6k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) ... added a season best time of 21:24.7 in the 5k at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02).

2021:  NSIC Fall All-academic honors ... ran in six events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 5k with a time of 20:19.8 at the Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet ... set a personal best in the 6k with a time of 24:55.8 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational ... finished with a season high 29th place finish at the Bob Waxlax Invitational. 

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign ... set a new personal best 5k time of 21:40.5 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... set a new personal best 6k time of 26:37.44 at the NSIC Championships (10/26).

Falls High School: 
Participated in volleyball, cross country, hockey, cheerleading, softball, and track & field for the Broncos ... lettered in cross country, cheerleading, and track & field ... earned All-Conference honors in cross country and track & field in 2018 and 2019 ... earned All-State Academic honors in 2018 and 2019 ... named team captain of the cross country team in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and team captain of the track & field team in 2019.

Personal: 
An accounting major at CSP ... plans to take the CPA exam and work towards a career in accounting ... has two younger brothers.
