2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m and sprint medley relay for the Golden Bears … was a part of the 4x100m team that placed sixth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 48.01 … ran a personal best time of 8.15 in the 60m … placed second in the 200m at the Snowshoe Open … ran a season-best time of 26.05 in the 200m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2022: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, and 1600 sprint medley relay for the Golden Bears ... finished second in the 4x400 relay at the Chuck Peterson Open ... finished second in the 200m at the Gene Glader Classic ... finished first in the 4x400 relay at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... finished first in the 100m at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... set a personal best in the 200m with a time of 25.30 and finished second in the 4x100 relay at the Holst Invitational ... collect 16 top-10 finishes throughout the season. 

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and spring ... competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the 400m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 1:03.13 ... set a new personal record in both the 100m and 200m at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) ... collected 15 top-ten finishes throughout the season. 

2020: Competed in sprints and mid-distance races during her freshman year ... collected eight top-ten finishes throughout the indoor season ... set a personal record at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31-Feb 1) in the 400 with a time of 1:05.15 and placed 14th ... ran the 60m in 8.17 for a new PR at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) and placed 5th ... ended the indoor season with a personal record at the NSIC Indoor Championships (Feb 28-29) in the 200 with a time of 26.49 and placed 20th.

Champlin Park High School: 
Participated in track & field for the Rebels ... earned All-Conference honors four times ... earned All-State honors two times ... earned AAU All-American honors one time ... named MVP of the track & field team ... set the following PRs: 12.5 in the 100m, 25.08 in the 200m, and 1:00 in the 400m ... also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: 
A nursing major and sports psychology minor at CSP ... plans to work towards a career as an OBGYN Nurse Practitioner ... has one older brother.
