2021: Received the NSIC Elite 18 Award for indoor track and field ... named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and spring ... competed in the high jump and 200m for the Golden Bears ... placed third in the high jump at the Chuck Peterson Dual (1/23) after clearing 1.50m ... collected eight top-ten finishes on the season. 

2020: Was named to both the winter and spring NISC All-Academic Team of Excellence in her sophomore season with the Golden Bears ... She competed in the triple jump, high jump, the 200 and the 4x400 ... Took second in the high jump at the Minnesota State Invitational (1/19) with a jump of 1.55m (5'1") ... Recorded a personal best in the 200 at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/8) with a time of 28.92 .... Posted a personal best in the triple jump with a distance of 9.93m (32'7") at the NSIC Indoor Challenge (2/15) ... Took third place while also setting a personal best in the high jump with a jump of 1.58m (5'2.25") at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21). 

2019: Competed in the high jump, triple jump, and sprinting events for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign … had nine top-ten finishes this season … set a personal best in the triple jump with a distance of 9.60m at the Lady Bear Twilight (4/19), recorded a PR in the high jump at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight (4/24) clearing a height of 1.54m. 

Rogers High School: Lettered three time in track & field for the Royals ... had a personal record of 5'0 in the high jump .. named to the Minnesota Honor Roll for high jump in 2017.

 Personal: Plans to major in social studies education and history with minors in sociology and religion ... aspires to be a high school U.S. history teacher ... recipient of the Regents Scholarship at Concordia ... completed PSEO work at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
