2021: Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic team ... competed in the hammer throw, discus, and shot put for the Golden Bears ... broke the school record in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) with a distance of 55.88m ... set a new personal best in the discus at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a distance of 42.50m ... won the hammer throw twice ... collected 15 top-five finishes throughout the season ... finished fifth in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-15).
2020: Earned All-NSIC honors in the weight throw after taking second place at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a toss of 18.57m ... named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... qualified for the the NCAA DII Indoor Championships in the weight throw ... collected nine top-ten finishes between the weight throw and shot put ... broke the school record in the weight throw with her performance at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) throwing a personal best of 18.81m ... threw a personal record in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Championships, taking ninth place with a 13.54m throw.
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … had 27 top-ten finishes this season … competed in the shot put, discus, weight and hammer throw for the Golden Bears … started the season with a personal best of 16.43m in the weight throw at the Minnesota Open (1/12), placing third … recorded a PR in the hammer throw with a distance of 46.93m and placing in eighth place at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight (4/24), also threw a personal best in the shot put with a mark of 13.70m and finished in eighth place at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11).
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … set a new CSP record in the Shot Put with a 44’4” mark at the Meet of the UnSaintly … recorded 12 top-five finishes throughout her sophomore season … won the Shot Put at back-to-back meets, with a 12.36m throw at the Minnesota State Invitational and a 13.10m throw at the Stout Open … set a personal best in the Weight Throw at the Parent’s Day Invitational with a 14.81m mark … tallied a pair of top-five finishes at the Central College Dutch Invitational, finishing third in the Shot Put (12.63m) and fifth in the Discus (37.43m) … finished in the top-five in all three of her events at the Drake Alternative Meet at Gustavus, taking second in the Shot Put (12.68m), fifth in the Discus (40.06m), and fifth in the Hammer (44.34m) with a personal record throw … scored at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a sixth place finish in the Shot Put with a 13.41m mark.
2017: Competed in the shot put and the weight throw for the Bears … Threw a personal best distance of 13.15m in the weight throw as the Minnesota State- Multi and Open meet … her season was highlighted with her personal best throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a distance of 13.02m which ended up being good for eighth place ... Threw a personal best distance of 37.32m at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown meet in the Hammer throw … She made her college debut in the discus throw with a stand out performance that the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a personal best distance of 35.69m … Also at the Conference Championships, she threw a personal best distance in the shot put with a distance of 13.18m which was good for eighth place overall.
South St. Paul High School:
Earned six varsity letters in track and field, three letters in volleyball and three letters in basketball … earned All-Metro East Conference accolades as a discus thrower on four occasions and two in the shot put … also won conference championship in the discus four times and twice in the shot put ... holds conference records in both shot put and discus … earned All-MEC honorable mention in basketball … served as captain on volleyball team and track and field team … named Field Athlete of the Year for the school twice … has a PR of 41’4.5” in the shot put and a PR of 128 feet in the discus … holds conference record in shot put and discus … broke school record in shot put which stood for 31 years … helped lead track team to conference championship in 2015 … also participated in student council, pep band, marching band, choir, SADD, Diversity Leadership, WEB and National Honor Society.
