2021: Was named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 1000m, 1500m, 3000m, and distance medley relay for the Golden Bears ... posted a personal best in the 1000m with a time of 3:11.15 at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28-29) ... posted a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 11:34.24 at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3).
2020: Was named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... Competed in the mile, 1000, 800, DMR and the 4x400 this season for the Golden Bears ... Finished second in the DMR with a time of 12:53.14 at the Mark Shuck Open (1/31-2/01) ... Posted a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:34 at the NSIC Indoor challenge (2/15) ... Ran a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:26.74 at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21) ... Posted a personal best in the 1000 with a time of 3:11.15 at the Northern Sun Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/28-2/29).
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … had six top-ten finishes … competed in multiple mid-distance and relay events for the Golden Bears … posted a personal best in the 1000 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/18) with a time of 3:13.66, recorded another PR at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/02) in the 600 with a time of 1:45.75, ran a personal best in the 400 with a time of 1:05.47 at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) ... posted two more PR’s, first at the Meet of The UnSaintly (May 3-4) in the 1500 with a time of 5:14.41, and at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) in the 800 with a time of 2:27.91.
2018: Competed in three meets running the 800m for the Golden Bears … took home a seventh place finish at the University of Dubuque Invitational with a time of 2:36.66 … ran a personal best at the Drake Alternative Meet on April 28
th with a time of 2:34.91.
Cross Country:
2019: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Honors ... competed in three races for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best 5k time of 21:10.0 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 108th with a 6k time of 26:19.88 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... established a new personal best 6k time of 25:02.4 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).
2018: NSIC All-Academic … competed in three races for the Golden Bears … had her best 6k time of the season at the Graik Invitational posting a time of 25:30.7, placing in 102nd out of 151 competitors.
2017: Competed in two meets for the Golden Bears in her freshman season … finished 38
th out of 110 competitors at the Crown College Invite 5k, posting a time of 21:44, fourth best on the team … placed 19
th out of 140 runners at the Ken Weidt Classic, running the 6k race in 25:31.8, also fourth best on the team.
Elk River High School: Lettered 13 times, six in cross country, six in track and field, and one in hockey for the Elks … earned All-Northwest Suburban honorable mention five times and twice participated in the state meet … earned numerous team awards, including Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Athlete in addition to being named team captain … also earned All-Northwest Suburban honors in track and field while also being named Academic All-State and team captain … named Distance & Relay Runner of the Year … participated in the MSHSL Class AA State Track and Field meet in the 4x800m relay ... ranks in the top 10 in school history with a time of 2:23 in the 800m as well as top-5 in the 4x800m … also has PRs of 1:03 in the 400m, 5:23 in the 1600m and 20.34 in the 5k.
Personal: Has an older brother and a younger brother ... plans to major in nursing with a minor in non-profit management ... plans to further her education to become a nurse practitioner; specializing in neonatal, geriatrics, or become a midwife ... was named to the Dean's List.
