2020: Was named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... Participated in the 400, 4x400, 60, 200, 300 and the DMR for the Golden Bears in her senior season ... Had a fifth place finish in the 60 with a time of 7.99 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/24) ... Posted a personal best and won the 300 with a time of 41.56 at the Mark Schuck Open (1/31-2-1) ... Placed fourth in the 400 with a time of 59.73 at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21).
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in a variety of sprints for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season … recorded 16 top-ten finishes on the year … recorded a RP in the 60 with a time of 7.93 and finished in fifth place at the Minnesota Open (1/12), ran a personal best in the 300 with a time of 41.87 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (Jan 25-26), recorded a personal best in the 200 at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) ... set a PR in the javelin throw with a mark of 28.48m at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6), recorded a personal best in the 400 with a time of 59.19 at the Meet of The UnSaintly (May 3-4).Â
2018: Competed in a variety of sprints for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season … recorded ten top-ten finishes on the year … started the season with a fourth place finish in the 200m (26.36) and a fifth place finish in the 60m (7.98) at the Minnesota State Invitational … put together a strong showing at the Central College Dutch Invitational, placing sixth in the 400m with a time of 1:01.42, while also contributing to first place finishes in the 4x100m relay (48.76) and 4x400m relay (4:08.44) … teamed up with Toni Canfall, Erika Shady, and Wakpor Ighovojah for a third place finish in the 4x100m relay at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on April 5
th … was part of the 4x400m relay that took first at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational with a time of 4:05.65.
UW-Milwaukee:
2016-17: Redshirted, did not compete.
2015-16: Picked up 13 top-5 finishes as a freshman for the Panthers ... won the 60 meter dash at the Karl Schlender Invitational as well as the 4x100 meter relay in the Gene and Rose Edmonds Invitiational ... picked up PRs of 7.39 seconds in the 55m, 8.00 seconds in the 60m, 12.80 seconds in the 100m, 26.02 seconds in the 200m, 42.92 seconds in the 300m and 4.58m in the long jump.
Superior High School: Lettered four times in track and field and three times in swim and dive for the Spartans ... named team captain in both sports ... earned All-Lake Superior Conference honors in track and field ... set PRs of 12.43 seconds in the 100 meter dash and 25.44 seconds in the 200 meter dash ... was a four-time conference champion (2012-15), qualifying for the state meet all four years.
Personal: Majoring in biology and chemistry at Concordia ... hopes to become a surgeon.
