2023-24: Competed in the 60m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4x400m … placed first at the South Dakota Alumni Meet (1/26-27) with a career-best 60m hurdles time of 8.13 seconds … took third place in the 60m hurdles and the 4x400m at the South Dakota State Holiday Open & Multi (12/1-2). 

2022-23: Competed in the 60m, 400m, 400m hurdles, 4x100m and 4x400m … placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … took second in the 60m race at the South Dakota State Indoor Classic (2/10-11) with a time of 7.08 seconds … hit a personal-best mark of 51.44 seconds in the 400m at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/17) … part of a first place 4x100m team at the South Dakota Early Bird meet (4/7-8) … posted a season-best 400m hurdles time of 53.87 seconds placing second at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/27-28) … tallied nine top-10 finishes during the indoor and outdoor season.

2021-22: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 60m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4x100m … part of a regional championship team … posted a career-best time of 10.80 seconds in the 100m … tallied a career-best time of 6.80 seconds in the 60m … part of a fifth-place 4x100m team at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (4/6-9). 

2020-21: Participated in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m, 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 4x400m, long jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus throw, javelin throw and decathlon … placed third in the decathlon, seventh in the pole vault and fourth in the 400m hurdles at the NJCAA Region XI Championships (5/1-2) … placed fifth in the 110m hurdles at the Emporia State Midwest Classic (4/17). 

J.P. Taravella HS: Competed in track and field running for the Trojans. 

Personal: Majoring in coaching and athletic administration at CSP … has one brother.
