Track and Field:
2024: Competed in the 400m, 4x400m, 600m, 800m, 1500m and mile … posted a career-best mile time of 4:49.05 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … part of a third-place 4x400m team at the M City Indoor Classic and a fourth place 4x400m squad at the Holst Invitational (4/20).

2023: Competed in the 400m, 800m, 1500m and 4x400 medley relays for the Golden Bears ... tallied four top 10 finishes in his freshman campaign ... recorded his best finish of the season in relay action with a thrid-place finish in the 4x400 medley relay at the Holst Invitational (04/22) ... added a season best finish in the 400m with a time of 52.82 at the Norse Invite (04/15) ... notched a season best in the 1500m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (05/03) with a time of 4:12.18 ... hit his final PR of the season with a time of 2:01.49 in the 800m at the Maverick Open #2 (05/06).

Cross Country:
2024: Did not compete.

2023: Competed in five races for the Golden Bears … ran a personal best 8K at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:18.7 (10/21) … improved his time by 2:27 from the first 8K race of the season to the last … ran a personal best four-mile time at 25:20.5 competing in the Augustana Twilight (9/1).

2022: Competed at five meets for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... added a season-best in the 8k at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational (10/15). 

Sibley East High School:
Lettered 14 times at the high school level in four different sports ... five time All-Conference in track and field and once Honorable mention ... two time All-conference and once Honorable mention in cross country ... was a Minnesota All-State selection in track and field ... finished first in 2022 Section meet and second in the 2021 Section meet ... was Conference runner-up in 2021 and 2022 ... helped his 4x800 relay team to a school record and first place finish in the Section meet ... PR's include times of 52.79 in the 400m, 2:04 in the 800m, 4:48 in the mile, 17:42 in the 5k, and a height of 9' in the pole vault ... was captain of his basketball, cross country, and track and field teams. 

Personal:
Plans to major in exercise science with a minor in business for the Golden Bears ... his a younger sister.
