Track and Field:
2024: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 5000m … placed seventh with a career-best 3000m time of 8:37.96 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24) … added a personal best 1500m time of 4:01.85 at the Emporia State Relays (3/28) … posted a PR in the 5000m with a time of 14:44.11 at the UW-Platteview Invitational (4/12-13) … took sixth place in the 5000m at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/9-11).
Iowa Central Community College
2023: Competed in 800m, mile, 3000m and 5000m … ran in four indoor meets for the Tritons … collected PR’s in the 800m at 2:04.70, in the mile at 4:24.89, in the 3000m at 8:57.81 and in the 5000m at 14:48.77 … placed third in the 3000m and fifth in the mile at the NJCAA Region 11 Championship.
Cross Country:
2024: Competed in all five races for the Golden Bears … started his season placing 42nd with a time of 19:37.3 in the four-mile race at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … placed 31st at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 26:31.4 (10/12) … ran a personal best time of 25:10.5 at the NSIC Championships to place 28th (10/26).
2023: Second Team All-NSIC … competed in four races in his first season with the Golden Bears … placed 17th with a personal best time of 25:03.2 in the 8K race at the NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/21) … ran the second fastest time ever by a CSP runner and the fastest race by a CSP sophomore at the NSIC Championships … placed 48th to be Concordia’s highest finisher at the NCAA Division II Central Region Championships with a personal best time of 32:06.7 in the 10K race (11/4) … placed 29th at the St. Olaf Invitational (9/16) … had the Golden Bears’ highest finish at the Lewis Crossover placing 77th (10/7).
Iowa Central Community College
2022: Ran in six meets for the Tritons … collected a personal best 6k of 19:11.4 and a personal best 8k of 25:17.0 … placed fifth at the NJCAA Region XI Cross Country Championships.
Mounds View High School: participated in cross country and track and field … lettered all four years in both sports … recorded PR’s of 4:24 in the mile, 9:29 in the 3200m and 15:52.3 in the 5000m.
Personal: Majoring in public relations at CSP … wants to pursue a career in politics … has two older sisters.
