Track and Field:
2025: CSC Academic All-District ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 3,000m, 5,000m, 3,000m steeplechase , and mile for the Golden Bears ... finished eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... set a personal record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:47.29 at the Meet of Champions (4/17) ... set a personal record in the 5,000m with a time of 15:25.16 to finish 11th at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28).
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m and 3000m steeplechase … placed eighth in the 3000m steeplechase with a career-best time of 9:48.52 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … placed fourth with a career-best 800m time of 2:04.08 at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … tallied five top-10 finishes on various events on the season.

2022: Ran in all seven events for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... competed in the 8K, 10K and mile runs ... collected his best finish of the season of 29th at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a season-best 8K time of 27:42.19.
Cross Country:
2024: CSC Academic All-District ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … an in all five events for the Golden Bears … had a career-best 8K time at the NSIC Cross Country Championships placing 71st with a time of 26:07.7 (10/26) … ran a personal-best four-mile race of 21:13.2 to open the season at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … finished 153rd at NCAA Regionals with a time of 34:10.1 in the 10K race (11/9).
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … ran in five events for CSP … tallied a personal best finish in the 8K with a time of 27:12.9 placing 87th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/21) … had his highest placement finish at the St. Olaf Invitational placing 37th (9/16) … ran a personal best four-mile time of 21:44.2 at the Augustana Twilight (9/1).

Was on the varsity squad in both track and field and cross country every season during his high school career (track was canceled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic) for the Wolverines ... in cross country he was named Freshman of the Year in 2018, Second Team All-Conference in 2019, MVP in 2020, First Team All-Conference in 2021, and captain of the team in the 2020 and 2021 season ... set his personal best at the Cross Country Sectional in 2021, finished first at the Classic 8 Triangular varsity meet in 2020, finished fifth in a field of 152 in the Kettle Moraine Laser Invitational in 2021, finished ninth in a field of 112 at the Matt Hadler Memorial Invitational, was first at the Brookfield Central High School Grade Level Challenge as a sophomore in 2019, and took first at the High Grade Level Challenge as a freshman in 2018 ... helped his team to a first place finish the Pete Nielsen Laser Relays in 2021, second place finish at the Classic 8 Conference Championships, and third place finish at the Section 8 meet.
Personal:
Plans to double major in criminal justice and psychology to become a member of law enforcement upon graduating ... has an older brother who is a swimmer at Georgia Tech.
