2025: Did not compete. 

2024: CSC Academic All-District … competed in the shot put, discus throw, hammer throw and weight throw … put up a season-best weight throw of 15.91m (52’ 2.5”) at the Gene Glader Classic (2/17) … had career-bests in the discus at 41.18m (135’ 1”) and hammer throw at 51.55m (169’ 1”) competing in the Holst Invitational (4/20) … recorded a career-best shot put of 16.27m (53’ 4.5”) placing seventh at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/24) … took first place in the shot put at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12), St. Olaf Opener (1/20) and Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3)  … tallied 29 top-10 finishes on the season.

2023: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the indoor shot put … MIAC indoor champion in the shot put with a distance of 15.63m (51’ 3.5”) … MIAC outdoor runner-up in the shot put with a throw of 14.74m (48’ 4.5”) … earned All-MIAC in both indoor and outdoor shot put … ranked eight in St. Olaf history in the outdoor shot put with a throw of 15.18m (49’ 9.75”) and sixth in the indoor shot put. 

2022: All-MIAC in the indoor shot put placing third with a throw of 14.43m (47’ 4.25”) at the conference meet … All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the outdoor shot put after placing fourth at the conference meet with a throw of 14.49m (47’ 6.5”).

North High School:
Competed four years in football and three years in track and field … Metro East Conference champion in the shot put and discus as a junior … named All-Conference twice in track and field … All-District in football as a junior … named captain on both teams during his senior year ... posted PRs of 46' 11" in the shot put and 133' in the discus. 

Personal:
Has one sibling … majoring in sociology with a concentration in family studies ... is the Vice President of the Sociology Club and a first generation college student.
