2025: Competed in the 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, 600m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 200m with a time of 23.45 seconds at the Maverick Open #2 ... recorded a personal best in the 400m with a time of 50.88 seconds at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30). 

St. Scholastica: Competed for the Saints during his freshman season in 2023-24 … Posted PRs of 23.57 seconds in the 200m and 51.24 seconds in the 400m … part of a second place 4x100m squad at the St. Olaf Ole Open (5/4) … placed fourth competing on the 4x400m team at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-11). 

Hibbing HS: Competed in track and field, cross country, basketball and soccer … All-Conference Honorable Mention in soccer … named captain of the soccer team … participated at the state track & field championships in the 200m in 2022 … was a part of a state tournament basketball team in 2021 … posted a PR of 23.02 in the 200m. 

Personal: Majoring in business administration at CSP … has one older sister and one younger sister.
