Concordia Career
2025: Competed in the 60m, 400m, 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 60m with a time of 7.08 seconds at the Snowshoe Open (2/21) ... placed sixth in the 60m hurdles at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 8.09 seconds (2/28) ... placed 14th in the 110m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 15.00 seconds ... tallied 14 top-10 finsihes during the season. 

2024: Week Eight NSIC Track Athlete of the Week … competed in the 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles and the 4x400m … broke the school record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.06 seconds at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … smashed another record in the 110m hurdle with a time of 14.42 seconds at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4.24) … broke another school record with a time of 54.61 seconds in the 400m hurdles to finish second at the Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1) … placed first in the 110m hurdles at that meet as well … took first place in the 60m hurdles at both the St. Thomas Opener (1/12) and the St. Olaf Opener (1/20) … part of a first-place 4x400m team at the Holst Invitational (4/20) and placed first in the 110m hurdles at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … tallied 20 top-10 finishes on the season. 

North Dakota State
2023: Hit a season-best time in the 60m hurdles of 8.27 seconds twice … had a 400m time of 54.62 seconds at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15) … had a season-best 100m hurdle time of 14.82 seconds at the North Dakota State Tune Up (5/5).

2022: Placed sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/12) with a time of 55.35 seconds … posted a 110m hurdles season-best of 14.69 seconds at the conference meet as well … hit a season-best 400m mark of 54.71 seconds at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/29).

2021: Took a redshirt season … competed unattached as a redshirt in the 60m hurdles running it in 8.65 seconds at the Bison Cup Classic (1/16).

Wayzata High School:
Minnesota Class AA state meet qualifier in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles as a sophomore and as a junior … took sixth place in the state meet in the 300m hurdles and ninth place in the 110m hurdles his junior year … two-time section champion in the 300m hurdles posting a PR of 38.77 seconds … had a personal-best time of 14.73 seconds in the 110m hurdles.
