2024: Competed in the 100m, 4x400m, high jump, long jump and triple jump … had a career-best long jump of 7.19m (23’ 7.25” ) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) … added a personal-best high jump of 1.70m (5’ 7”) at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … finished the season placing 13th with career-best triple jump of 13.65m (44’ 9.5”) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) … part of a third-place 4x400m team at the Chuck Peterson Open (12/2) … tallied 12 top-10 finishes during his various events on the season.

St. Cloud Tech HS: Earned seven letters with three in track and field, three in basketball and one in baseball … named All-State his senior year in track and field … finished third at state in the long jump and ninth in the triple jump his senior season … earned All-Conference accolades his junior and senior seasons in track and field with an Honorable Mention his sophomore year … two-time team MVP and was a team captain … posted PRs of 21’ 11.50” in the long jump and 42’ 8” in the triple jump … finished fifth at the state tournament in basketball during his junior season. 

Personal: Majoring in psychology at CSP with plans to become a mental health counselor … has two brothers … his brother Austin pitched for North Dakota State’s baseball team.
