2025: NSIC All-Academic ... competed in the 60m and 100m for the Golden Bears ... ran a season-fast 100m at the Meet of Champions with a time of 11.37 seconds (4/17) ... recorded a season best in teh 60m with a time of 7.30 seconds at the Maverick Premier (2/14). 

2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m … part of a first-place 4x100m squad with a time of 42.12 seconds at the Minnesota State Open (4/12-13) …  added career-bests in the 100m with a time of 11.21 seconds and in the 200m with a time of 23.25 seconds at the Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1) … put up a PR with a time of 7.21 seconds in the 60m … tallied six top-10 finishes.

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m … recorded personal best 60m time of 7.24 at Snowshoe Open … recorded first place in 4x100m relay at Norse Invite with a time of 42.36 … collected career-best 200m time of 23.41 at Maverick Open … competed on 4x100m relay team that placed sixth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 42.62.

2022: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, and 4x400 relay ... set a season best in the 60m with a time of 7.39 at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a season best in the 200m with a time of 23.87 at the USD Early Bird ... set a season best in the 100m with a time of 11:43 at the Maverick Open. 

Lakeview High School: A 10-time letter winner for the Lakers including six in track and field, two in basketball and two in football … named All-Academic three times … earned All-Conference honors in football … named Most Improved Player on the basketball team … helped the Lakers to a conference championship in basketball … set a PR of 7.3 seconds in the indoor 60m.

Personal: Plans to major in exercise science at CSP with the goal of attending chiropractic school … has one brother and one sister … his father and sister both ran track and field at MSU Moorhead … has a cousin who played football at CSP.
