Concordia Career:
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in the 400m, 600m, and 4x400m races for the Golden Bears … totaled four top-five finishes on the season … teamed up with Maddy Kunshier, Lauren Magnuson, and Teghan Norman for a first place 4x400m finish at the Central College Dutch Invitational with a time of 4:08.44 … took home a fourth place finish in the 600 (1:44.94) at the Chuck Peterson Open on December 1
st, 2017 … was part of the 4x400m relay that took second at the Parent’s Day Invitational on February 17
th … added another fourth place finish, this time in the 400m, at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational on April 11
th with a time of 1:03.26.
2017: Competed as a sprinter for the Bears … ran a personal best time at The Showcase meet in the 400m with a time of 1:01.83 … finished the season strong at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the 600 with a personal best time of 1:41.42 … teamed up three other Bears at the Conference Championships to run the 4x400m in a time of 3:59.37 which was good for a sixth place finish ... made her debut in the 800m at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown meet running a time of 2:36.68 … she teamed up three other Bears at the Jim Duncan Invitational to run a time of 3:56.89 in the 4x400m which was good for third place … ran a personal best in the 400m at the Holst Invitational with a time of 1:00.14.
2016: An NSIC All-Academic team member … participated in Sprints and mid distance including 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, and 4x4 relay ... finished with five Top-5 finishes ... first of two individual Top-5 finishes came on Dec. 5 at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open in the 300m where she took second with a career-best time of 44.52 and the other came Jan. 16 at the Minnesota Open in the 600m where she finished 3rd with a time of 1:48.94 …posted a career-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 28.34 at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open on Jan. 29 – Jan. 30 … added a career-best time in the 600M dash at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 12 – Feb. 13 with a time of 1:46.89 … finished sixth in the 400M dash at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 with a career-best time of 1:01.02.
2015: Participated in sprints and mid-distance including the 200m, 400m, 600m, and 4x4 relay for the Golden Bears … finished Top-5 on three occasions ... first came January 31 at the Falcon Winter Classic at Wisconsin River Falls in the 4x4 relay where her team finished third with a time of 4:19.22 … the next pair of Top-5 finishes both came May 2 at the Warrior Women’s Open at Winona State where her 4x4 relay team finished third with a time of 4:25.13 and she personally finished third in the 400m with a time of 1:06.04 … posted a season-best time of 28.44 in the 200M dash at the MSU Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 6 … added a season-best time in the 600M dash with a time of 1:49.67 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 13 – Feb. 14.
Prior Lake High School:
Received letters in cross country, track and basketball for the Lakers … two-time All-State and two-time state champion (4x400 in 2012, 4x200 in 2013) … helped the Lakers finish first in true team sections four times and second in true team state three times … also played soccer.
Personal:
Currently undecided on a major at Concordia.
