Concordia Career:
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in three meets as a long-distance runner for the Golden Bears … placed sixth with three other Golden Bears in the 4x400, finishing with a time of 4:33.04.
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in a variety of middle distance and distance races for the Golden Bears … tallied five top-ten finishes throughout the year … set a PR in the mile (5:44.08) at the Stout Open, which was good for a fourth place finish … teamed up with Lydia Carr, Teghan Norman, and Kara Lindberg for a first place performance in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU Open & Multi, finishing with a time of 13:16.31 … also recorded a seventh place finish in the 5000m at the MSU Open & Multi … finished seventh in the 5000m (20:13.63) at the Parent’s Day Invitational … set a PR in the 5000m in the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time 20:12.82 … ended the year with a PR in the 1500m (5:10.52) at the Tommie Twilight.
2017: Ran as a mid-distance runner for the Bears … Only ran in one race for the Bears in the indoor season … Ran the 1000 at the SDSU DII Invite running a time of 3:36.46 ... Ran as a mid-distance runner for the Bears … Specialized in the 1500m running her best time at the Drake Alternative meet with a time of 5:19.81.
2016: Competed as a mid-distance runner for the Golden Bears as a freshman … took part in the 1000M dash and the Mile run … had a career-best time of 3:26.02 in the 1000M dash at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 12 – Feb. 13 which was an eight second improvement from previous time … set career-best time in the Mile run with a time of 5:56.66 also at the SDSU Indoor Classic … improved upon Mile times in every meet competed in.
Centennial High School: Earned six letters, three in track and field and three in cross country for the Cougars ... captained the cross country team to the state tournament in 2014 ... was a peer leader and mentor ... also played soccer as a freshman.
Personal: Plans to major in Physical Science and Psychology at Concordia.
