Concordia Career:
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in multiple sprinting events as well as the pole vault for the Golden Bears … compiled 10 top-ten finishes throughout the year … posted a personal best in the 600 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/18) with a time of 1:46.34, set a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:32.77 at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) … had a 12th place finish in the pole vault at the 2019 NSIC Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) clearing a height of 10’0.5”. 

2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in multiple sprinting events as well as in the pole vault for the Golden Bears … compiled 15 top-five finishes throughout the year … scored twice at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking fourth in the pole vault with a score of 3.26m and teaming up with Wakpor Ighovojah, Maddy Kunshier, and Kalle Burney for a seventh place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:57.96 … recorded two top-five finishes at the Minnesota State Invitational, taking third in the pole vault (2.92m) and fifth in the 4x400 relay (4:11.69) … added a PR in the pole vault at the MSU Open & Multi with a score of 3.27m, which was good for a fourth place finish … combined with Lydia Carr, Courtney Ramsay, and Kara Lindberg for a first place performance in the Distance Medley Relay (13:16.31) at the MSU Open & Multi … tallied first place finishes in the 4x400m at both the Central College Dutch Invitational and the MSU Spring Winter Invitational … recorded a PR in the 200m (26.73) at the University of Dubuque Invitational, while also placing second in the pole vault (3.07m) … set a PR in the 400m at the Tommie Twilight on May 2nd with a time of 59.33.

2017: Competed as a pole vaulter and short sprinter for the Bears … Ran her only 200m of the year at the Parents Day Open running a time of 28.98 … Pole Vaulted a personal best height of 3.11m to highlight her season ... Made her outdoor debut in the 400 hurdles at the Bear Cat Twilight running a time of 1:09.19 … Ran her personal best time in the event at the Meet of the Unsaintly with a time of 1:08.34 … Vaulted a personal best height of 3.21m at the Holst Invitational and finished the year with an 11th place finish at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a height of 3.19m.

2016: Competed as a sprinter and pole vaulter for the Golden Bears as a freshman while also taking part in the 4x4 relay … posted a career-best time of 8.73 in the 60M dash at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 … helped 4x4 relay team finish second at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open on Jan. 29 – Jan. 30 … performed well at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 12 – Feb. 13 setting a career-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 28.87 and clearing a career-best height of 2.90M (9ft, 6.25in) in the pole vault.

Waukesha West High School: Received 11 letters, four in track and field, three in cross country and four in marching band for the Wolverines ... earned All-Classic 8 Conference honors four years in a row ... was named hurdles captain for three years and cross country captain for her senior year ... holds the school record in 300m low hurdles with a time of 45.74 seconds ... helped her team earn a runner-up finish in 2013 and fifth place finish in 2015 in the WIAA Division 1 Track and Field State Championships ... also played basketball her freshman year.

Personal: Plans to major in Athletic Training and minor in Biology at Concordia.
