Concordia Career: 
2018: Competed in multiple sprinting and hurdle events for Concordia throughout the year … compiled seven top-ten finishes on the year … teamed up with Taylor Parr-Davis, Tacora Taylor, and Taniya Bible for a fifth place finish in the 4x400m at the Central College Dutch Invitational with a time of 4:32.51 … that same relay team also placed fifth at the Drake Alternative Meet at Gustavus on April 28^th … produced a personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:17.30 at the Drake Alternative Meet … recorded another personal best, this time in the 400m at the Ted Nelson Classic with a time of 1:09.60.

Hastings High School: Lettered six times for the Raiders, four in track and field and two in cross country ... was hurdle captain for three years and earned all-conference honors in the 300M low hurdles ... was voted most improved in 2014.

Personal: Plans on majoring in Exercise Science at Concordia and hopes to pursue a graduate degree in physical therapy after graduation.
