th place in the 400 at the 2019 Emporia State Relays (3/30) with a time of 1:13.93.
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team ... competed in three meets for the Golden Bears, tallying two top-ten finishes … started the year with a PR in the 600m at the Minnesota State Invitational with a time of 2:03.98 … combined with Taylor Parr-Davis, Elissa Boll, and Breana Bamlet for a seventh place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Stout Open … joined three other teammates to finish fourth in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU Open & Multi with a time of 13:50.56.
2017: Competed as a distance runner for the Bears … Ran the mile in a personal best time at the NSIC Conference Championships with a time of 6:23.94 ... Ran a personal best time in the 1500m at the Carleton Relays with a time of 5:38.92 … Ran a season best time in the 800m at the Warrior Challenge meet with a time of 2:50.66
2016: Competed in sprints and mid-distance as a freshman for the Golden Bears … posted a career-best time of 9.43 in the 60M dash at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open on Jan. 29 – Jan. 30 … had best mile time at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships with a time of 6:23.94 … came away with a career-best time of 5:38.92 in the 1500M dash at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 23, which was a 12 second improvement from her previous best … had best finish of the season and best time in the 800M dash at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 with a time of 2:50.66.

Was a member of volleyball, nordic skiing, and track at Chanhassen ... helped the volleyball team to a conference title in 2014.
