2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in the shot put, discus, weighted, javelin and hammer throw for the Golden Bears in her senior season … earned 10 top-ten finishes on the season, finished in first place in the weighted throw at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) with a mark of 14.51m … set a PR in the weighted throw at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/02) with a throw of 14.95m, recorded a personal best in the javelin throw with a distance of 27.56m at the 2019 Emporia State Relays (3/30), set a personal best in the discus throw with a mark of 40.91m at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6), recorded a PR in the hammer throw at the Lady Bear Twilight (4/19) with a distance of 42.94m … finished in 14
th place in the discus throw with a mark of 40.28m at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11).
2018: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors … compiled nine top-ten finishes throughout her junior season … started the year with three top-ten finishes in the weight throw at the Chuck Petersen Open & Multi (13.11m), Minnesota State Invitational (14.20m), and Stout Open (13.87m) … recorded a third place performance in the Weight Throw (13.08m) at the Parent’s Day Invitational on February 17th … had a pair of eighth place finishes at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational on April 11th in the Discus (37.24m) and the Hammer (38.12m) … finished the year with a 38.66m throw in the Discus at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
2017: Competed in the weight throw and the shot put for the Bears … Shot Put a season best distance of 11.05m at the Minnesota State- Multi and Open … Threw a personal best distance in the weight throw with a distance of 14.91m at the Ted Nelson Classic which was good for fourth overall ... Threw a personal best distance in the Hammer throw at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a distance of 42.00m which was an eighth place finish overall … Threw a season best in the Discus at the NSIC Outdoor Championships throwing a distance of 39.89m which was good for a 10th place finish.
2016: Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer throw and weight throw for the Golden Bears as a freshman … finished seventh in the shot put at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 with a throw of 9.55M (31ft, 4in) … had a career-best throw in the shot put with a distance of 10.55M (34ft, 7.5in) and a career-best throw in the weight throw with a distance of 14.01M (45ft, 11.75in) both at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 … placed seventh of 31 throwers in the discus with a throw of 33.80M (110ft, 11in) at the Hamline Invitational on Apr. 3 … logged a career-best throw in the discus at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 7 – Apr. 9 with a distance of 40.57M (133ft, 1in) … placed first in the discus throw with a distance of 37.15M (121ft, 10in) at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 23 … Had a career-best throw in the hammer throw with a distance of 38.26M (125ft, 6in) at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13 – May 14.
Lafayette Jefferson High School: Lettered four times in track and twice in golf for the Bronchos ... was named Academic All-State honorable mention in golf ... was also involved in Best Buddies and Young Life.
Personal: Plans to major in math and secondary education at Concordia ... her brothers play baseball, football and track in college ... member of the Dean's List.
