Concordia Career:
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in a number of sprints, as well as the pole vault and long jump for the Golden Bears … compiled 14 top-five finishes throughout her senior season … scored at the NSIC Indoor Championships, taking fourth place in the pole vault (3.28m) … also scored three times for Concordia at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking second in the pole vault with a PR of 3.56m, while also contributing to the 4x100m relay (47.80) and 4x400m relay (3:57.96) that each placed seventh … set a PR in the long jump (5.03m) at the Ted Nelson Classic on February 3
rd … put together a strong showing at the Central College Dutch Invitational, placing first in the 4x100 relay (48.76), third in the pole vault (3.20m), and sixth in the 100m (12.95) … took home two first place finishes at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational, winning the 200m race (26.12) and the pole vault (3.37m) … also had three top-five finishes at the University of Dubuque Invitational, taking first in the pole vault (3.37m), second in the 200m (25.93), and third in the 4x100 (49.41).
2017: Competed as a pole vaulter and a sprinter for the Bears … Vaulted a personal best height at the Parents Day Open jumping a height of 3.11m … Ran a personal best time of the NSIC Indoor Championships running a time of 25.81 … Also at the Conference Championships she ran a personal best time in the 60m dash with a time of 7.92 ... Vaulted a season best height at the Jim Duncan invitational with a height of 2.80m … Ran a personal best time at the Drake alternative meet in the 200m with a time of 25.17 … Ran a personal best time in the 100m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 12.39 … She teamed up with three other Bears in the 4x400m to run a time of 3:54.69 which was good for eighth overall … Also teaming up with some other Bears, they ran a time of 47.67 in the 4x100m which was good for fifth place overall.
2016: NSIC All-Academic … Competed as a sprinter and mid-distance runner as well as a pole vaulter for the Golden Bears … finished fourth overall in the 60M dash at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 with a time of 8.27 … finished with an Indoor best time of 26.49 in the 200M dash at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 and also posted a career-best time of 8.10 in the 60M dash at the same event … finished second of 47 runners in the 200M dash with a time of 25.85 at the Hamline Invitational on Apr. 3 … helped 4x1 relay team finish first at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 16 … posted a career-best time in the 400M dash at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 30 with a time of 1:00.78 … finished second in the 200M dash while also posting a career-best time of 25.82 at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 … cleared a career-best height of 3.23M (10ft, 7in) in the pole vault at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet to finish eighth overall.
2015: NSIC All-Academic … Competed as a sprinter and mid-distance runner for the Golden Bears … set a career-best time in the 300M dash at the MSU Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 6, with a time of 44.79 … finished third at the Flacon Winter Classic on Jan. 31 in the 400M dash with a time of 1:04.84 … had a career-best time in the 600M dash with a time of 1:53.97 at the Lake Superior Challenge on Feb. 7 and finished sixth overall in the event … helped 4x1 relay team to back-to-back first place finishes from Apr. 18 – Apr. 22 … ran a season-best time of 26.48 in the 200M dash at the Tommie Twilight meet on Apr. 29.

Earned 18 total letters with six in track and field, six in cross country, three in basketball and three in soccer … earned All-Conference in track and cross country all six years … was also named All-Conference in basketball four times … was All-Academic in track, soccer and cross country … also participated in Spanish Club and National Honor Society.
Personal:
Plans to major in biology at Concordia … her sister is on the track team at South Dakota State University.
