Concordia Career:
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in multiple different distance races for the Golden Bears … recorded a fourth place finish in the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) with a time of 19:50.39 in fourth place … posted two PR’s at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/2) in the 3000, with a time of 11:21.08 and the mile with a time of 5:44.05 … notched a personal best in the 1500 with a time of 5:16.48 at the Meet of The UnSaintly (May 3-4). 

2018: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors … competed in multiple different distance races for the Golden Bears … recorded nine top-ten finishes during her junior season … tallied two top-ten finishes at the MSU Open & Multi, with a sixth place finish in the 5000m (19:59.98) and a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (13:50.56) … took home a third place finish at the Parent’s Day Invitational on February 17th in the 5000m with a PR of 19:41.90 … finished fourth in the 3000m at the Central College Dutch Invitational with personal best time of 11:27.44 … recorded a top-five finish in the 5000m at both the University of Dubuque Invitational and the Drake Alternative at Gustavus … finished the year with a 17th place performance in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, recording a PR of 40:31.07.

2017: Competed as a distance runner for the Bears … Ran two meets for the Bears in the indoor season … ran the mile in a time of 5:55.12 at the Minnesota Open … Ran the 3000m at the Parents Day Open with a time of 12:05.29 ... Ran a personal best time in the 1500m at the Jim Duncan Invitational with a time of 5:20.10 … Ran a personal best time at the Bear Cat Twilight in the 5000m with a time of 20:06.11 … Finished the season at the NSIC Conference Championships with a time of 42:30.89.

2016: Competed as a mid and long distance runner for the Golden Bears … ran a career-best time of 11:49.97 in the 3000M dash at the Minnesota Open on Jan. 16 … added a career-best time in the Mile run at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships with a time of 5:50.95 … came away with a career-best time in the 5000M dash at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 7 – Apr. 9 with a time of 20:15.34 … placed fifth in the 5000M dash at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 30 with a  time of 20:31.98 … posted a career-best time in the 1500M dash with a time of 5:31.03 at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 23.

Rochester Jaguar Track Club: Lettered in cross country, track and field and Nordic skiing for the Jaguars ... cross country team captain and MVP ... track and field team captain and MVP ... also participated in RAACHE Choirs and took piano lessons.

Personal: Plans to major in Elementary Education and earn a Lutheran Classroom Certification at Concordia ... two aunts and two uncles ran cross country or track and field at Luther College and her brother is a Nordic skier at UW-Green Bay.
