Concordia Career:
2018: Earned All-America First Team honors with a fourth place finish in the Heptathlon with a personal best score of 5043 to become CSP’s first three-time All-American … earned All-America Second Team honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a 12th place performance in the Pentathlon … named to the USTFCCCA Outdoor All-America First Team in the heptathlon … honored as the CSP Female Athlete of the Year … earned both USTFCCCA and NSIC All-Academic Team honors … broke the Concordia record in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.15 seconds at the NSIC Outdoor Multi Event Championships … picked up an impressive 22 top-five finishes throughout her senior season … took home three top-five finishes at the Minnesota State Invitational, taking second in the long jump (5.37m), fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.93), and fifth in the 4x400m relay (4:11.69) … finished second in the Pentathlon at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge with 3491 points … scored twice in the NSIC Indoor Championships, placing second in both the Pentathlon (3684 points) and the high jump (1.62m), recording a PR in the latter … tallied three top-five finishes at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational, taking second in the 100m hurdles (15.18), fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:10.71), and teaming up with Lauren Magnuson, Teghan Norman, and Kalle Burney to take first in the 4x400m relay … scored four times in the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking second in the Heptathlon (5022 points) and eighth in the high jump, while also helping two relay teams to a pair of seventh place finishes.

2017: Competed as a multi athlete for the Bears … Competed in the pentathlon two times before the NSIC Conference Championships taking second at both the Chuck Peterson Open and the Minnesota State- Multi and Open Meet … Her season was highlighted at the NSIC Conference Championships when she took second overall with a score of 3584 setting the school record and a qualifier for the National meet … Her best events at the championships were the Shot Put where she threw a distance of 10.97m and personal best time in the 60H with a time of 10.94 … At the NCAA Championships she took 10th overall to earn All-America honors, and had a stand out performance in the shot put where she threw a personal best distance of 11.55m ... Teamed up with three other Bears at the NSIC Conference Championships to set the school record in the 4x100m with a time of 47.67 which was good for fifth overall … She finished fifth overall herself in the heptathlon with her best finishes coming in the shot put with a distance of 11.34m which was first overall and in the 800m run with a time of 2:28.68 which was 4th overall.

2016: NSIC All-Academic … competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears … placed third in the long jump at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 5 with a season-best distance of 5.34M (17ft, 6.25in) … performed well at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 pacing second in the long jump with a distance of 5.24M (17ft, 2.25in) and placing first in the 60M hurdles with a time of 9.27 … placed fourth with a career-best Pentathlon score of 3528 at the NSIC Indoor Multi Championships on Feb. 14 – Feb. 15 … contributing to the Pentathlon score was a second place finish in the 800M dash with a season-best time of 2:25.14, a first place finish in the shot put with a career-best throw of 11.31M (37ft, 1.25in) and a third place finish in the 60M hurdles with a career-best time of 9.04 … had a career-best time in the 600M dash with a time of 1:44.40 at the Parents Day Open on Feb. 20 … took first in the 100M hurdles with a time of 15.04 at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 23 and added a career-best time in the 400M dash with a time of 1:03.30 … had a season-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 26.63 at the NSIC Outdoor Multi Championships on May 1 – May 2 … set a career-best time in the 100M dash at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 with a time of 12.59.
 
2015: Competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears … finished first in the high jump clearing a height of 1.50M (4ft, 11in) at the Northwest Open on Jan. 10 … placed fourth in the 200M dash at the St. Thomas Invite on Jan. 23 with a time of 27.60 … placed third in the long jump at the Emporia State Multis on Apr. 9 – Apr. 10 with a distance of 5.12M (16ft, 9.75in) … helped 4x1 and 4x4 place first and second, respectively, at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 18 … also set a career-best time in the 100M hurdles with a time of 16.61 at the same meet … set a career-best Heptathlon score of 4684 which was good for fourth place overall at the NSIC Multi Championships on Apr. 26 – Apr. 27 … contributing to that score was a second place finish in the long jump with a career-best jump of 5.59M (18ft, 4.25in), a fourth place finish in the high jump clearing a career-best height of 1.59M (5ft, 2.5in) setting a career-best in the 800M dash with a time of 2:23.89 and placing fourth, running a career-best in the 200M dash with a time of 26.49 also placing fourth and setting a career-best throw in the javelin with a distance of 29.47M (96ft, 8in).
 
2014: Competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears … only participated during the Indoor season … placed third with a Pentathlon score of 2449 at the Super 8 Open and Multi meet on Jan. 17 – Jan. 18 … contributing to the Pentathlon score included a second place finish in the high jump clearing a height of 1.52M (4ft, 11.75in), a second place finish in the 60M hurdles with a time of 9.60 and a first place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.18M (17ft, 0in).

Woodbury High School:  Earned letters in track, basketball, and volleyball for the Royals... All-Conference in long jump, hurdles, and 4x1... named team captain in track and volleyball.

Personal:  Member of the Dean's List and awarded the President's Scholarship... will major in exercise science with a minor in biology... plans to pursue a graduate degree in physical therapy after graduation.
