Track and Field:
2023: Competed in 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m … ran a personal best 3000m at the Gopher Classic with a time of 12:12.03 … ran a personal best 10,000m at the Holst Invitational with a time of 45:42.89 … ran a season-high 1500m with a time of 5:45.43 at the Maverick Open.

2022: Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 4x800 relay ... ran a season best in the mile with a time of 6:33.09 at the SDSU D2 Open ... ran a season best and finished sixth-place in the 3000m with a time of 13:19.34 at the Gene Glader Classic ... collected a total of three top-10 finishes. 
 
2021:  Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, and the 5000m for the Golden Bears ... ran a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 20:22.78 at the Tommie Twilight (5/5) ... set a personal best in the 1500m at the River City Rumble (4/24) with a time of 5:35.89 ... recorded a personal best with a 5:58.12 mile at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21) ... set a new personal best in the 3000m at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a time of 12:17.47.

2020: Named to both the NSIC Winter and Spring All-Academic Team ... Competed in the mile, 3000 and the 5000 for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season ... Ran a personal best in the 5000 with a time of 22:39.50 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/24) ... Set a personal best in the 3000 at the Mark Schuck Open (1/31-2/1) with a time of 12:27.81 ... Recorded a personal best with a 5:58.12 mile at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21).

2019: Competed in distance and mid-distance races for the Golden Bears … recorded a personal best in the mile with a time of 6:27.52 at the St. Thomas Showcase (2/08), posted a PR in the 800 at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) with a time of 2:48.57, also ran a personal best in the 400 with a time of 1:10.23 at the Tommie Twilight (4/01). 

Cross Country:
2021: Ran in three events for the Golden Bears ... ran a 24:34.1 in the 5k at the Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet ... ran a season best in the 6k with a time of 29:41.2 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational ... capped off her cross country career at the Griak Invitational with a time of 30:06.2. 

2019: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Fall Team ... Competed in both the 5K and the 6K for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season ... Posted a personal best in the 5K with a time of 24:01.2 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/26) ... Ran a 29:59.1 in the 6K at the NSIC Conference Championship (10/26).

Anoka High School:
Earned five letters each in cross country and track & field while competing two years for the Nordic ski team ... named most improved runner as a freshman and was voted a senior team captain ... holds a 5k PR of 21:13 (sophomore), 16:24 in the 4k (freshman) and 12:06 in the 3k (sophomore) ... best finish was a 46th place run at the NWSC meet as a junior ... set track & field PRs of 13:36 in the 3200m (senior), 5:55 in the 1600m (sophomore), 2:38 in the open 800m (freshman), 2:37 in the 800m relay (junior) and 68 seconds in the 400m (freshman) ... helped the Tornadoes to a 2016 Northwest Suburban Conference cross country championship as a junior and missed second place at the section meet by one point ... claimed True Team section championship from 2014-to-2017 ... helped the Tornadoes to a 2017 Northwest Suburban Conference track & field championship as a junior and a second place finish as a senior in 2018.

Personal:
Has an older brother, a younger brother and a younger sister ... will major in exercise science with an emphasis in athletic training ... aspires to become a high school coach or personal trainer ... her father and uncle played college football, father at St. Olaf and uncle at North Dakota.
