Track and Field:
2025: Competed in the 600m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,500m, and mile run for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the indoor mile with a time of 6:04.86 at the Snowshoe Open (2/21).Â
2024: Ran a career-best 1000m time of 3:26.54 placing seventh at the M City Indoor Classic (12/8-9).
2023: Competed in the 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, 4x400m and distance medley relay … set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:45.47 … placed second and set a personal best in the 1000m at the Chuck Peterson Open with a time of 3:44.60 … ran a personal best time in the 800m at 2:32.92 and in the 1500m at 5:21.36.
2022: Used a redshirt for the season.
Cross Country:
2024: Competed in the final two races of the season for the Golden Bears … ran a personal best 6K of 27:15.8 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).
2021: Competed in two events for the Golden Bears in the 6k ... set a season best with a time of 29:29.7 at the Griak Invitational.
Maple Grove HS: Participated in cross country and volleyball for the Crimson Leafs … recipient of the Scholar Award and the Athlete Award.
Personal: Majoring in psychology with a minor in biology at CSP ... plans on attending PA school following graduation ... is the Social Relations Coordinator for the CSP Psychology Club ... participated in competitive dance for 15 years ... has one younger brother and one younger sister.
