Concordia Career
2025: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... was a part of the sprint medley relay squad that broke the school record at the Drake Relays with a time of 4:08.57 ... set a personal record of 57.56 seconds in the 400m to finish 10th at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... set a personal record in the 200m with a time of 25.40 seconds at the Gary Wilson Invite (4/23). 

2024: All-NSIC in the 4x400m … competed in the 60m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m and the spring medley relay … broke the school record as a part of the sprint medley relay team with a time of 4:09.61 and as a part of the 4x400m team with a time of 3:52.15 … part of the 4x400m team that placed second at the NSIC outdoor championships … placed second with a career-best 200m time of 25.65 seconds at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … placed sixth in the 300m with a PR of 42.37 seconds at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … posted career bests in the 60m of 8.01 seconds and in the 400m of 58.81 seconds … placed first in the 4x100m and in the 4x400m at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … took first place in the 200m at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … placed first in the 200m and the 400m at the St. Olaf Opener (1/20) … tallied 15 top-10 finishes during her various events on the season.

2023: Competed in the 200m, 400m,  4x100m, 4x400m and the sprint medley relay … recorded a personal best time of 27.03 in the 200m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational … finished in sixth place in the 4x100m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship … placed third in the 400m at the Spartan Opener.

2022: Competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 4x400m relay, and 4x800m ... set a season high in the 200m with a time of 27.98 and finished second in the 4x400m relay at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a season best in the 300m with a time of 44.88 at the Mark Schuck Open ... set a season best in the 600m with a time of 1:48.98 at the Snowshoe Open ... set a season best in the 400m with a time of 1:01.45 at the Maverick Open ... set a season best in the 800m with a time of 2:25.65 at the Meet of the UnSaintly. 

Vista Murrieta High School: Participated in track and field for the Broncos … was a part of the league champion 4x400m relay team … set PRs of 12.6 in the 100m, 25.7 in the 200m, 58.3 in the 400m, and 2:29.3 in the 800m.

Personal: Plans to major in sports psychology at CSP ...  has four older sisters.
