2023: Competed in the 400m, 500m, 600m, 800m, sprint medley relay and distance medley relay … ran a personal best 500m with a time of 1:21.95 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi … collected a personal best 600m time of 1:40.11 … took second place in the sprint medley relay at the Emporia State Relays … placed third in the 800m with a personal best time of 2:22.23 at the Norse Invite … was a part of the 4x400m relay team that took first place at the Holst Invitational.

2022: Competed in the 200m, 400m, 800m, and 4x400 relay for the Golden Bears ... set a season best in the 400m with a time of 1:02.72 at the Minnesota State Open ... set a season best in the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 2:27.25 ... collected four top-10 finished.  

2021: Competed in the 200m, 400m , 600m, 800m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best in the 200m at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with a time of 27.97 seconds ... recorded a new personal best in the 400m at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with a time of 1:01.17 ... set a new personal best in the 800m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 2:26.77 ... collected six top-five finishes on the season.

2020: Competed in multiple sprints and mid-distance races for the Bears ... collected seven top-ten finishes during her freshman year ... opened the indoor season with a set of personal records at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi (Dev 6-7), running the 60m in 8.62 seconds and the 400m in 1:03.51 ... broke her personal record in the 200m with a time of 29.11 seconds at the Minnesota Open (Jan 11) ... ran a personal best time of 46.20 seconds in the 300m at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31 - Feb 1) and placed sixth ... ran the 600m in 1:43.42 at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) setting a new PR and taking seventh place.

Concordia Academy: Earned five varsity letters for the Beacons, three in track and field, one in soccer, and one in cross country. . . named All-Conference for two years in track and field. . . earned All-State honors after competing in the 4x400 at the state tournament, helping her team to a seventh place finish. . . holds the school record in the 4x400 with a time of 4:03.40 which won the conference and sectional title in 2019. . . set PRs of 13.30 seconds in the 100 meter dash and 27.82 seconds in the 200 meter dash.

Personal: Plans to major in Exercise Science at Concordia University.
