Concordia Career
2023: Competed in the high jump, weight throw, hammer throw and javelin throw … took third place in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a personal best jump of 1.66m (5’ 5.25”) threw a personal best weight throw at 14.89m (48’ 10.25”) … took first place at the Gopher Classic with a high jump of 1.65m (5’ 5”) … had a personal best hammer throw at the Maverick Open at 50.83m (166’ 9”) … tallied 17 top-five finishes.

2022: Competed in the high jump, hammer throw, javelin throw, and weight throw for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 14.82m (48' 7.5") at the Snowshoe Open ... set a personal best in the high jump with 1.65m (5' 5")  and claimed the title at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... finished first in the javelin throw with a distance of 31.60m (103' 8") at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... finished first in the high jump after matching a personal best set two weeks prior at the Holst Invitational ... finished first in the high jump with a distance of 1.63m (5' 4.25") at the Meet of the UnSaintly. 

2021: Competed in the high jump, weight throw, javelin throw, discus, and hammer throw for the Bears ... set a new personal best in the weight throw at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (1/16) with a mark of 13.98m ... set a new personal best in the discus at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) with a throw of 21.51m ... established a new personal record in the hammer throw at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a mark of 48.75m ... set a new personal record in the javelin throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-15) with a distance of 36.54m ... finished seventh in the javelin throw and eighth in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-15) ... collected 11 top-five finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in the weight throw and high jump at two meets during the indoor season ... set a personal record in the weight throw at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi (Dec 6-7) with a mark of 39'1.75" (11.93m) ... placed seventh in the high jump at the SDSU Invite & Multi, clearing 5'1" 1.55m".

2019: Competed in the javelin throw as well as the high jump for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign … had 11 top-ten finishes throughout the season … set a PR in the high jump at the Lady Bear Twilight (4/19) with a height of 5’4.25”, threw a personal best in the javelin throw with a mark of 30.88m at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight (4/24).

Spring Lake Park High School: Lettered four times in track & field and once in volleyball ... all-conference honorable mention in jumps in her junior and senior seasons in the Suburban East conference ... had a personal record of 5'2 in the high jump (3rd in school history) and a record of 32'6 in the triple jump ... also an all-conference honorable mention in volleyball, placing 2nd in school history with 88 blocks in her senior season ... earned the Most Outstanding Offensive Player award in volleyball for her team.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science at Concordia ... aspires to be a physical therapist and work in the NFL.
