2025: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the shot put, weight throw, discus, and hammer throw for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the hammer throw with a distance of 39.98m at the Minnesota State Open (4/12) ... set a personal record in the discus throw at the Maverick Open #2 with a distance of 34.16m (5/2).
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the discus, hammer throw and weight throw … added a career-best hammer throw of 39.87m (130’ 10”) at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/25-26) … finished the season with a PR in the discus of 33.00m (108’ 3”) at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … placed 26th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championship (2/23-24) … placed 29th in the discus and 28th in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championship (5/9-11).
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the weight throw, disc throw and hammer throw … placed sixth with a personal best weight throw at the Twin Ports Invite at 13.59m (44’ 7”) … collected a personal best hammer throw at the Norse Invite at 38.97m (127' 10") … notched a personal best disc throw at 29.71m (97’ 6”).
2022: Earned the Presidents Scholarship ... competed in the discus, hammer throw, shot put, and weight throw for the Golden Bears ... set a season best in the shot put with a distance of 10.02m (32' 10.5") at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a season high in the weight throw with a distance of 11.95m (39' 2.5") ... set a season high in the discus with a distance of 26.07m (85' 6") at the ESU Relays ... set a season high in the hammer throw with a distance of 33.25m (109' 1") at the Maverick Open.
La Crosse High School: Lettered nine times for the RiverHawks including four in powerlifting, three in track and field, one in football and one in dance … earned Second Team All Conference ... member of NHS and the Interact Club … three-time state qualifier in powerlifting … placed fourth at the state level and fifth at the JV national level in powerlifting … set PRs of 32 feet in the shot put and 74 feet in the discus.
Personal: Plans to major in education K-6 at CSP … involved with Teachers of Tomorrow and Tri Phi ... has two older brothers, including one who played football at Winona State.
