Track and Field:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed at the M City Indoor Classic (12/8-9) placing 10th in the 400m with a time of 1:07.83.
2023: Competed in the 400m, 800m, mile and distance medley relay run for the Golden Bears ... collected four top 10 finishes ... tallied her best finish of the season of second place with a PR time of 5:52.84 in the mile at the UW River Falls Winter Classic (02/11) ... added a personal best time of 2:33.30 in the 800m at the Snowshoe Open (02/17) ... capped off the season with a PR in the 400m with a time of 1:04.03 at the Maverick Open #2 (05/06).
Cross Country:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in only the final two races of the season due to injury … finished with a season-best 6K time at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:41.0 (10/21) … ran a time of 27:42.7 at the NCAA Division II Central Regional (11/4).
2022: Competed in all seven events for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign ... kicked off her career with a season best time of 20:48 in the 5k at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (9/2) ... collected her highest finish of the season (48th) with season best time in the 6k at 24:39.9 at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19).
Spectrum High: Earned letters in academics, cross country, the National Honors Society and track and field ... was All-Conference in both cross country and track and field ... helped her track and field team to a Section Championship and a fourth-place finish at the state meet ... was awarded Rookie of the Year, perseverance, most improved, MVP, and captain in cross country ... was awarded the coaches award, most improved, hard worker and captain in track and field ... was a part of second place 4x400m relay team at the State Championship meet in 2021 … had PRs of 51.38 in the 300m, 3:58.6 (school record) in the 4x400m relay, and 1:02.9 (school record) in the 400m.
Personal: Majoring in biology and minoring in sonography with the goal of being an echocardiology technician … involved in Tetra Delta Science Club at CSP … her mother played softball in college at Anoka Ramsey … has an older brother.
