2023: Competed in disc throw, hammer throw and weight throw … conference champion in hammer throw with a distance of 58.80m (192’ 11”) … broke the school record in hammer throw at Holst Invitational with a distance of 59.21m (194’ 3”) … threw a personal best discus throw of 46.84m (153’ 8”) at Spartan Opener … season-best weight throw of 19.22m (63’ 0.75”) came at Minnesota State Massive Meet … finished season with six first-place finishes.

2022: Competed in the shot put, disc throw, weight throw, and hammer throw ... finished first in the weight throw with a distance of 18.47m (60' 7.25") at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 19.57m (64' 2.5") at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship ... set a personal best in the shot put with a distance of 12.68m (41' 7.25") at the ESU Relays ... set a personal best in the disc throw with a distance of 45.50m (149' 3") at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... set a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 58.42m (191' 8") at the Maverick Open ... concluded the season with a third-place finish at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the hammer throw.

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team in the winter and spring ... competed in the weight throw, shot put, discus, and hammer throw for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best in the shot put at the Washburn Open (1/29) with a distance of 11.91m ... set a new personal best in the weight throw at the MSU Triangular (2/12) with a distance of 16.30m ... set a new personal best in the hammer throw at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with a mark of 51.05m ... set a new personal best in the discus at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a mark of 44.07m ... collected 15 top-ten finishes on the season. 

2019: Competed in the discus, hammer and weight throw for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign … tallied nine top-10 performances and four top-five finishes on the season … recorded a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 15.85m and finishing in 12^th at the 2019 NSIC Track & Field Indoor Championship (Feb 22-23), posted a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 48.99m and finished in fifth at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) … recorded a personal best in the discus throw finishing in 16^th place with a throw of 43.83m at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11), finished in 15^th place with a throw of 43.34m in the hammer throw at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. 


Concordia Academy: Lettered three times in track and field and football and twice in wresting for the Beacons ... Named an All-Tri Metro conference selection twice in track and field ... had a personal best of 46' in the shot put and 149'9" in the discus, finishing 6th in the state in a shot put.

Personal: Majoring in history at CSP ... has an older brother and older sister.
