2022: Was named to the Dean's List ... appeared in the 3000m, 5000m, and 10000m during his freshman season ... brought home the gold in his first 3000m at the Minnesota Open with a time of 9:10.96 ... set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:22.26 at the 2022 Bearcat Invite ... finished first at the Meet of the UnSaintly in the 5000m with a time of 15:55.46 ... set a personal best in the 10000m with a time of 34:32.54 at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... had six top 10 finishes. 

Cross Country:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in five races for the Golden Bears … ran a season-best 8K with a time of 25:58.9 at the Lewis Crossover (10/7) … placed 25th with a time of 26:34.3 at the St. Olaf Invitational … ran the 10th fastest 10K race by a CSP junior runner with a time of 34:37.5 at the NCAA Central Regional (11/4).

2022: CSC All-Academic All-District ... Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction recipient ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... ran in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... kicked off the season with a personal best time of 20:22.3 in the 4M at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02) ... set a new personal high in the 5M with a time of 26:54.5 at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyal Meet of Champions (09/16) ... led the team with an 11th-place finish at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a person-best 8K time of 25:32.4 ... capped off the season with a personal best 10K time of 31:49.3 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).

2021: Was named to the Dean's List ... ran in all five of the events for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... in his first meet at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet, he finished with a time of 21:53.3 in the 4m which is currently his personal best in that event ... set his season high in the 8K at the Lucian Rosa Invite with a time of 27:19 ... finished second on the team and had season high 12th place finish at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... set a personal best in the 10k with a time of 33:22.6 at the Division II Central Regional. 

Spring Lake Park High School: 
A ten-time letter winner for the Panthers including five in cross country, three in nordic, and two in track and field … named MVP of the cross country team four times … earned all-conference honors three times … named captain of the cross country and nordic teams … named most improved on the track and field team in 2018 … established PRs of 16:39 in the 5k, 10:05 in the 3200m, and 4:36 in the 1600m.

Personal: 
Plans to major in biology with a minor in pre-seminary at CSP with the goal of working in either optometry of pastoral work … has a younger brother.
