Track and Field:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1500m and 4x400m … was a part of the fourth place 4x400m team at the Holst Invitational (4/20) … placed 11th at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) in the 1500m with a time of 4:35.98.

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1500m and distance medley relay for the Golden Bears ... tallied five top 10 finishes and a pair of top 3 finishes ... set a personal best at the Emporia State Relays (03/23-25) in the 1500m with a time of 4:34.79.

2022: NSIC Winter All-Academic team member ... competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 600 yard, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay ... started off the season with two top-10 finishes at the SDSU in 600m (4th) and 4x400 relay (9th) ...  set a new personal best and school record in the 600 yard with a time of 1:15.28  at the 2020 Bearcat Invite ... was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished first at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge with a time of 3:25.41 ... set a personal best at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 600m with a time of 1:23.33. 

2021: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 600 yard, 4x4000m relay, and distance medley relay during his freshman year ... set a new personal best in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:23.40 ... set a new CSP record in the 600 yard run at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic with a time of 1:15.87 ... set a new personal best in the 400m at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with a time of 51.85 seconds ... established a new personal record in the 800m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 1:57.82 ... collected 15 top-ten finishes on the season. 

Cross Country:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in three races … ran a personal best time in the 8K at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 28:26.9 (10/7).

2022: Did not compete.

2021: NSIC Winter All-Academic team member ... ran in four events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best at the Augie Twilight 4m with a time of 22:27.71 ... set a personal best at the Lucian Rosa Invitational in the 8k with a time of 28:21.8 ... finished off the season at the NCAA Division II Central Regional with a personal best in the 10k with a time of 36:28.6.  

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

Cretin-Derham Hall High School: 
A 12x letter winner for the Raiders including four in each cross-country, basketball and track and field … Was named captain of the 2020 track and field season and earned rookie of the year in his freshman year of cross-country … Ran a 2:05.1 in the 800m dash, a 54 in the 400m dash and a 18:07 in the 5k.
 
Personal: Majoring in exercise science with plans to attend graduate school for a master’s in orthotics & prosthetics.
