2024: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 4x100m, 4x400m and the sprint medley relay … took second place as a part of the 4x400 team at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23-24) to earn All-NSIC honors … broke the school record with a time of 35.29 seconds in the 300m at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … tallied a personal best taking first place in the 60m with a time of 6.88 seconds at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12) … was a part of the 4x100m team that placed first at the Hamline Invitational (4/6), Minnesota State Open (4/12-13) and Holst Invitational (4/20) … picked up first place finishes in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m at the Holst Invitational (4/20) … participated in the 4x100m race placing fourth at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … was a part of the 4x400m team that placed first at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12) and the Mark Schuck Open & Multi (1/26-27) … tallied 24 top-five finishes in his various events on the season.

2023: Competed in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m and sprint medley relay for the Golden Bears … ran personal best times of 10.69 in the 100m and 21.66 in the 200m … finished eighth in the 100m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship … placed first in the 4x100 at the Norse Invite and in the 4x400 at the Holst Invitational … tallied 11 top-five finishes.

Minnesota State
2022: Did not compete; took a redshirt year

Robbinsdale Cooper High School: Lettered in soccer and track and field for the Hawks ... was named Metro West Conference Honorable Mention with third-place finishes in the 200m and 400m at the Conference Championship ... was named the Varsity Track MVP in 2022, Team Captain from 2020-2022 and was awarded the Most Dedicated Award in 2019 ... holds a personal-best time of 11.15 in the 100m, 22.79 in the 200m and 51.29 in the 400m. 

Personal: Is majoring in digital marketing with a minor in Spanish at CSP ... is a first generation college student ... upon graduation, he plans to pursue a career in freelance videography / filmmaking ... has an older brother and a younger sister.
