Track and Field:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the javelin, discus and shot put … placed first with a career-best javelin throw 52.30m (171’ 7”) at Maverick Open #1 (5/1) … had a personal-best shot put throw of 10.46m (34’ 4”) at the Holst Invitational (4/20) … finished season with a personal-best discus throw of 42.76m (140’ 3”) at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/9-11) … tallied 10 top-10 finishes.

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 200m, 400m, 600m, 4x400m relay, disc throw and javelin throw … placed second in 600m at the Ice Breaker Open & Multi with a time of 1:29.03 … recorded career-best 200m at UW River Falls Winter Classic with a time of 25.09m … collected third-place javelin throw of 43.53m (142’ 10”) at Holst Invitational … placed first in javelin throw at Maverick Open at 45.69m (149’ 11”) and recorded personal best disc throw at 41.10m (134’ 10”) … tallied career-best javelin throw at 47.63m (156’ 3”) placing fifth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2022: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, distance medley relay, 400m hurdles, disc throw, and javelin throw ... finished first in the 800m with a time of 2:01.57 and in the distance medley relay at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:26.40 at the Snowshoe Open ... set a personal best in the 400m with a time of 52.69 at the St. Thomas Cat Invitational ... set a personal best in the javelin throw with a distance of 44.00m (144' 4") ... set a personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.16 at the Maverick Open ... set a personal best in the disc throw with a distance of 38.68m (126' 11") at the Meet of the UnSaintly.  

2021: Competed in the 600m, 800m, 1500m, mile, javelin throw, 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay, and distance medley relay during his freshman campaign ... set a new personal best in the 600m at the Chuck Peterson Dual (1/23) with a time of 1:28.47 ... set a new personal record in the mile at the MSU Triangular (2/12) with a time of 4:51.41 ... established a new personal best in the javelin throw at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a distance of 40.08m ... established a new personal best in the 1500m at the River City Rumble (4/24) with a time of 4:12.89 ... established a new personal best in the8000m at the NSIC Championships (5/13-15) with a time of 1:56.56 ... collected 20 top-ten finishes throughout the season. 

Cross Country:
2021: Competed in five events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 4m with a time of 25:02.6 at the Augie Twilight Open ... set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 29:16.9 at the NSIC 2021 Cross Country Championship.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.

Unity High School: 
An 11-time letter winner for the Eagles including four letters in cross-country, four letters in track and field and three letters in basketball … Was named captain of the cross-country team and track and field team for three years … Was named MVP for Eagles athletics … Was named All-Conference for cross-country four times, was named All-Conference for basketball twice and was named All-Conference in track and field one time … Helped lead his team to three state tournament appearances in cross-country … Helped his team to the section championship game this past spring in basketball and qualified for state three times in the 4x800 relay … Ran a 17.08 in the 5k, a 4:47 in the 1600m, ran a 2:02 split in the 800m dash, a 10:35 in the 3200m and a 130 foot discus throw … Also participated in Band and was a Solitarian.  
 
Personal: 
Plans on majoring in Mathematical Education and has plans to teach overseas for a few years … Has a younger brother and his dad and uncles participated in college athletics and one of his uncles was a minor league pitcher.
