2025: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 100m at the Hamline Invite with a time of 11.36 seconds (4/5) ... recorded a personal best in the 200m with a time of 22.23 seconds at the Hamline Invite (4/5) ... set a personal record in the 300m with a time of 36.25 seconds at the Mark Schuck Open. 

2024: Competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 4x100m and 4x400m … placed third competing as a part of the 4x100m squad with a time of 42.62 at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … added a career-best 600m time of 1:27.47 at the St Olaf Ole Opener (1/20) … participated in 300m adding a personal-best time of 36.88 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … tallied nine top-10 finishes in his various races on the season.

2023: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m, sprint medley relay and distance medley relay … part of school record distance medley relay team with a time of 10:08.71 … participated in sixth place 4x100m team and eighth place 4x400m team at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship … placed first in sprint medley relay at Norse Invite and 4x400m at Holst Invitational … recorded personal bests at 7.21 in 60m, 22.72 in 200m and 49.90 in 400m.

Kingsland High School:
Lettered in basketball, football, and track and field all four years of high school ... was All-Conference three years in track and field and two years in football ... helped his track and field team to a Conference Championship and a third-place finish at True State ... holds PR's with an 11.31 in the 100m, 22.24 in the 200m, 50.15 in the 400m and 20' 4.5" in the long jump.

Plans to major in physical education and health ... has a younger brother.
