Track and Field:
2023: CSC Academic All-District … NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Competed in 60m, 100m, 400m, 1000m, 1500m, 4x400m relays, 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, high jump, long jump, pole vault, shot put, disc throw, javelin throw, decathlon and heptathlon during junior campaign … recorded career-best 60m at Mark Schuck Open and Multi with time of 7.70 … collected season-best javelin throw of 33.00m (108’ 3”) at the USD Early Bird … posted career-bests 9.16 in 60m hurdles, 6.14m (20’ 1.75”) in the long jump, 9.43m (30’ 11.25”) in the shot put and a score of 4276 points in the heptathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championship … best disc throw of the year at 21.82m (71’ 7”) came at the Emporia State Relays … placed first in the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a career-best time of 4:38.97 … tallied career-best pole vault at 3.50m (11’ 5.75”) and his best decathlon with 5328 points at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
2022: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 400m, 1000m, 1500m, 4x400 relays, 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, high jump, long jump, pole vault, shot put, disc throw, javelin throw, decathlon, and heptathlon ... finished second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:46.18 at the Chuck Peterson Open ... finished second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:38.44 and fourth in the shot put with a throw of 8:04m (26' 4.5") at the Minnesota Open ... set a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.61 and finished fifth in the high jump with a jump of 1.70m (5'7") at the Gene Glader Classic ... set a personal best in the heptathlon with 3844 points and a 14th place finish at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship ... set a personal best in the pole vault with 3.40m (11' 1.75") at the Hamline Invitational ... finished fifth overall and won the 1500m with a time of 4:51.28 at the WPU Statesman Invite ...set a personal best in the disc throw with a 21.81m (71' 7") land ... set a personal best in the 110m hurdles at the Drake Alternative ... finished ninth overall and set a personal best in decathlon at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
2021: Competed in the 400m, 1000m, high jump, and 4x400m relay during his freshman campaign ... established a new personal best in the 1000m at the MSU Triangular (2/12) with a time of 2:56.92 ... set a new personal best in the 400m at the Maverick Spring Invite with a time of 54.87 seconds ... set a new personal best in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) with a height of 1.75m ... collected 12 top-ten finishes on the season.
Cross Country
2021: Ran in one event ... finished with a time of 24:44.1 at the Augi Twilight 4m.
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.
Prentice High School: A 10x letter winner for the Buccaneers, including four in cross-country, three in basketball and three in track and field … was named All-Conference honorable mention during his freshman year of cross-country, was named to second team All-Conference his junior year of cross-country, named to first team All-Conference in cross country his senior year, was named to second team All-Conference three years in a row for high jump, named to second team All-Conference in the 4x200, All-Conference honorable mention in the 4x100, first team All-Conference in the 300 meter hurdles … received second team All-Conference honors in his junior season of basketball … was named team MVP twice in cross-country and three times in track and field … recorded a 6’1” jump in the high jump, ran a 44.14 in the 300 hurdles and ran a 17:04 in the 5K in cross-country … participated in the Wisconsin state track meet in the high jump and helped lead his track team to their first ever team meet victory in 2019 with only 10 runners competing form their team.
Personal:
Plans to major in criminal justice at CSP … has three older sisters and three brothers.
