Track and Field:
2023:Competed in the weight throw and shot put in one indoor meet.

2022: Competed in the shot put, weight throw, disc throw, and hammer throw ... finished second in the shot put with a throw of 14.87m (48' 9.5") ... finished first in the shot put with a throw of 14.27m (46' 10") ... set a season best in the disc throw with a distance of 38.96m (127" 10") at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... set a season best in the weight throw with a distance of 12.97m (42' 6.75") at the Minnesota Open ... set a season high in the hammer throw with a distance of 39.83m (130' 8") at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2021: Competed in the weight throw, shot put, discus, and hammer throw for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the shot put at the Chuck Peterson Dual (1/23) with a distance of 15.03m ... set a new personal best in the weight throw at the Washburn Open (1/29) with a mark of 15.87m ... set a new personal best in the hammer throw at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a mark of 46.58m ... set a new personal best in the discus at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a mark of 48.70m ... collected 18 top-ten finishes. 

2020: Competed in the shot put and weight throw for CSP ... collected five top-ten finishes ... set a personal record in the weight throw at the SDSU DII Invitational (Jan 24) with a mark of 48'7.5" and took 13th ... broke his personal record in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Championships (Feb 28-29) and took 10th place with a toss of 47'.75". 

2019: Competed in the shot put, discus throw, weight throw and the hammer throw for the Golden Bears … tallied 11 top-ten performances on the season … posted a personal best in the weight throw finishing in fifth place with a throw of 14.09m at the Snowshoe Open (2/15), threw a personal high in the shot put while taking 12^th place with a throw of 14.15m at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship (Feb 22-23), posted a personal best in the discus throw while taking seventh place with a throw of 44.73m at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6), and threw a personal best in the hammer throw while taking 21^st place with a throw of 39.78m at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) ... took 18^th place in the discus throw with a distance of 42.80m at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11). 

Football:
2021: NSIC Fall All-Academic Team honors ... CSP Defensive Linemen of the Week versus MSU Moorhead (11/6) … tied for third on the team in tackles for loss (6) … tied for fourth on the team in sacks (2) … added 19 total tackles and a pair of quarterback hurries while playing in all 11 games including three starts ... had six total tackles including three tackles for loss and two sacks in a season-best performance against MSU Moorhead (11/6).

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.

2019: Appeared in seven games as a reserve defensive lineman … member of a defensive line who played a key role in leading Division II in sacks per game (3.73) ... recorded his first career tackle-for-loss in win vs. Southwest Minnesota State (11/9).

2018: Redshirted, did not play ... named the program's Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week at Minnesota Duluth.

Cedar Falls High School: 
A two-sport athlete for the Tigers, earning three football letters and two more in track & field … named All-State Third Team as a senior … a two-time All-Metro, All-District and team captain … racked up 81 tackles, 20 for loss, 10 sacks and an interception … led the Tigers to 4A State Playoffs a sophomore and a Co-District 5 title as a junior with a winning record each year … helped the Tigers to a 9-2 season as a senior, capturing another District 5 title en route to a 4A State Playoff quarterfinal run.

Personal: 
Has three sisters, one older and two younger … a CSP graduate with a degree in sport management.
