2018: Competed as a middle distance and distance runner for the Golden Bears, compiling five top-ten finishes … started the year with a tenth place finish in the 1000m (2:43.24) at the Minnesota State Invitational … finished eighth in the 800m (2:11.15) the following weekend at the Stout Open, while also setting a PR in the mile (4:43.50) … joined teammates Zeke Green, Tyler Anderson, and Caleb Troe to finish third in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU Open & Multi with a time of 10:45.30 … recorded a sixth place finish with a PR of 2:41.97 in the 1000m at the Showcase on February 9^th … tallied another top-ten finish, taking seventh at the Dubuque Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 4:20.28, which was also a PR.

Pine City High School: Competed with Pine City High School, lettering five times in track and field and four letters in cross country for the Dragons … named team captain and MVP in cross country … earned multiple All-Great River Conference honors in both cross country and track and field … earned conference titles in the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay and earned a spot in the 2016 state meet in cross country … has collected PRs of 52.8 in the 400m, 2:05 in the 800m, 4:43 in the 1600m, 10:30 in the 3200m and 17:11 in the 5k.
