Concordia Career: 
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in a variety of different running events for the Golden Bears … tallied nine top-ten finishes throughout the year … scored in one event at the NSIC Indoor Championships (Feb: 22-23) in the 600m with a time of 1:27.40 … consistently took ninth place or better in the final stretch of the season, in six different competitions … tallied two PR’s at two different meets at the end of the season, at the UnSaintly (May: 3-4) in the 5000 (16:49.53) and at the NSIC Indoor Championships (May: 10-11) in the 3000S with a time of 10:04.15. 

2018: Two-time NSIC All-Academic award winner … competed in five meets for the Golden Bears, tallying four top-five finishes … set a PR in the mile (4:38.02) at the Stout Open, while also joining Cory Warner, Benjamin Allen, and Tyler Anderson in the 4x400m relay for a fourth place finish with a time of 3:36.60 … recorded a fifth place finish in the 1000m at the Stout Open with a PR of 2:41.56 … scored at the NSIC Indoor Championship, teaming up with three other Golden Bears for a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:22.29 … finished the year with a first place performance in the mile (4:39.23) at the Snowshoe Open.

MSU Moorhead:
2015: Placed 21st at NCAA DII Natoinal Cross Country Meet with a time of 27:29.

Richfield High School:
Earned two varsity letters in track & field, four in cross country and three in Nordic skiing ... named All-Metro West in track as a junior and in cross country as a junior and senior ... was a two time captain of cross country team and served as team captain one year on track team ... named MVP of cross country team as a senior ... helped lead 4x800 relay team to a Classic Suburban Conference championship as a junior ... helped lead cross country team to a Classic Suburban Conference championship title also as a junior ... graduated top 10% of class.

Plans to major in Marketing at Concordia ... father ran cross country at Hanover College in Indiana.
