Track and Field:
2020: Ran in multiple indoor distance races for CSP ... set a personal record in the 800m at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb 8) with a time of 2:35.00 ... took seventh place in the 600m at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19) with a time of 1:56.48.Â
2019: Competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears … tallied a PR in the mile at the Snowshoe Open (2/15) with a time of 5:26.57 … posted another PR at the Tomcat Twilight (4/18) in the 3000S with a time of 12:44.73.
2018: Competed in ten meets as a middle distance and distance runner for the Golden Bears … set a PR in the 1000m (3:09.03) at the Minnesota State Invitational on January 12
th … added another two personal bests at the Stout Open, running the mile in 5:28.85 and the 3000m in 10:56.23 … recorded a PR in the 800m (2:15.16) at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational on April 11
th, which was good for a 14
th place finish.
Cross Country:
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.
2019: Ran in five races for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best 4-mile time of 27:33.8 in the Augustana Twilight (9/7)... finished 33rd with a 7k time of 34:16 at the Bulldog Invitational (9/15) ... set a new personal best 8k time of 32:07.7 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11).
2018: Ran in three races for the Golden Bears … ran his best 8K with a time of 35:07.6 at the Tiger Open (10/13).Â
2017: Competed in five meets for the Golden Bears … improved his 8k time from 36:22.5 to 30:37.9 to 29:29.7 in his last three meets of the season, the last mark coming in the NSIC Championship (10/21).
Mora High School: Lettered in cross country and track for the Mustangs ... helped the team to three cross country state championships ... set a PR in the 5k with a time of 17:23 and a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:09.
Personal: Plans to major in music and business at Concordia.
