2021: Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x400m relay for the Bears ... set a new personal record in the 800m at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a time of 2:02.79 ... collected four top-ten finishes on the season.
2020: Competed in the 800m at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi where he took 12th place with a time of 2:05.55.
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in numerous running events throughout the season … started the indoor season with a seventh place finish in the 800m dash with a time of 4.44 … tallied three PR’s at the Bearcat Invite (Feb: 8-9) in the mile (4:43.46), in the 1000 (2:42.63) and in the 600 with a time of 1:21.80 … tallied another PR at the final meet of the season, the Snowshoe Open (2/15) competing in the 600 with a time of 1:29:57.
2018: Competed as a middle distance and distance runner for the Golden Bears … compiled eight top-ten finishes throughout the year … started the season with a personal best in the 1000m (2:45.42) at the Minnesota State Invitational … took home a pair of top-five finishes at the Stout Open, taking fifth in the 800m and teaming up with Cory Werner, Benjamin Allen, and Spencer Bergen for a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:36.60) … joined three other Golden Bears for a third place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU Open & Multi with a time of 10:45.30 … added a top-ten finish and a PR at both the Snowshoe Open and the Central College Dutch Invitational, taking tenth in the 600m (1:30.04) and tenth in the 5000m (16:53.84) … took sixth at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational in the 800m with a time of 202:90 … finished the year with a fourth place finish in the 1500m at the Eagle Open with a personal best time of 4:18.29.
University of Minnesota: Ran for the University of Minnesota Running Club ... ran PRs in the 800M (2:01.83) and the 8K (29:58.2).
Albert Lea High School: Lettered four times, once in basketball, once in cross country, and twice in track and field ... was part of the team that won the 4x800 at the True Team section meet ... has PR of 0:53.1 in the 400m.
Personal: Plans on majoring in Sports Management at Concordia and aspires to work in professional sports after graduation.
